In addition to the fees required pursuant to the other provisions of this chapter, when the fire department provides ambulance services to a patient in conjunction with a helicopter transport, that patient shall pay to the village a fee of four hundred dollars ($400.00) for such services for the preparation of a safe landing and departure zone using fire department personnel and equipment.
