The village administrator, for good cause shown, may allow the licensee to subcontract with other duly qualified entities to provide emergency services upon appropriate conditions, but in such event, the licensee shall remain fully responsible for the acts and compliance with this chapter by the subcontractor. Among the conditions that the village administrator may require is the posting of a performance bond conditioned upon adequate sureties. (Ord. 12-06-08, 6-4-2012)
