12-4-18: COMPENSATORY ACTION:

In lieu of or in addition to enforcement proceedings, penalties, and remedies authorized by this chapter, the authorized enforcement agency may impose upon a violator the performance of community service requirements, such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, creek cleanup, etc. (Ord. 08-06-13, 6-2-2008)
