After the installation of the public improvements, the subdivider shall purchase from the village and install a post with double signs at every intersection created by the subdivision. All signs shall be installed at a height of seven feet (7') above grade on a minimum two inch (2") ID galvanized steel post set in a poured concrete foundation extending a minimum of three and one-half feet (31/2') below finished grade.
