Water distribution facilities, including supply mains of not less than eight inches (8"), fittings, valves, hydrants and water stub terminals to the property line of each lot, shall be installed to serve all properties within the subdivision. The water supply system shall be designed in accordance with the requirements of the state EPA and the village department of public works. The water system shall be constructed under the direction, control and with the approval of the village engineer. All water mains shall be installed in the parkway opposite from the parkway containing the storm sewer or in easements. The developer shall be responsible to circulate all proposed mains to existing mains. (1976 Code § 152.028)
