11-3-7: BUILDING SETBACK LINES:
   A.   Building setback lines in residential areas of new subdivisions shall conform to the front yard provisions of the zoning code.
   B.   A corner lot shall maintain not less than the minimum building setback lines required on both streets on which the lot abuts. (1976 Code § 152.021)
