11-3-1: CONFORMITY REQUIRED:
The subdivision of land, including the arrangements, character, extent, width, grade and location of all highways, streets, alleys, crosswalks, easements, sites for parks, playgrounds and schools, or other land to be dedicated for public use, shall conform to the official map and standards ordinance of the village approved by the plan commission and adopted by the village board of trustees and other responsible governmental bodies of the village as a part of the official comprehensive plan of the village.
