There is hereby created an Investment Committee which shall have the authority and responsibility for the supervision of the village's investments in securities. The Committee shall consist of the Mayor, the Chairman of the Finance Committee and an additional member of Council to be selected by the Mayor. The Committee members shall serve for the term of Council during which they are appointed.

(A) Creation of Board. A Board of Zoning Appeals is hereby created and shall consist of the five members of the Planning Commission who shall serve for such terms of office as will coincide with their appointments as members of the Planning Commission.
(B) Authority. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall have the authority to adopt rules and regulations governing its procedure, and shall have the authority granted it under the Village Charter.

(A) There is hereby established a committee to be known as the Long-Range Planning Committee, and the Mayor shall appoint as members the Vice Mayor as Chairperson and, subject to approval by Council, six additional members consisting of the immediate past Mayor of Council, one current member of Council, and at least four residents of the village.
(B) The Committee is charged with considering and, where determined to be appropriate, making recommendations to Council for action to be taken in the areas of land development, intergovernmental issues, financial management, ordinances review, communications, personnel, schooling, recreation, and any other areas of long-range planning the Committee wishes to consider, and to make recommendations to Council.
