351.17 STOPPING ENGINES AT FILLING STATIONS.
   All vehicles shall have the engine stopped before gasoline is introduced into the receptacle or tank of such vehicle utilized for carrying gasoline.
351.18 USING VEHICLES FOR PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ADVERTISING PROHIBITED.
   No person shall operate or park any vehicle on any street or parking lot for the primary purpose of advertising. (Ord. 124-00. Passed 10-2-00.)
351.19 RECEIVING OR DISCHARGING PASSENGERS WITHIN INTERSECTION OR CROSSWALK.
   No person shall stop any vehicle within an intersection or on a crosswalk for the purpose of receiving or discharging passengers.
351.20 BACKING UP TO CURB FOR LOADING OR UNLOADING.
   No vehicle shall remain backed up to the curb except for loading or unloading and, in such case, no longer than the actual time required for such loading or unloading.
