Reserved parking lots shall have marked and numbered individual parking spaces. Each parking space within such reserved parking lot shall be subject to the following:
Monthly parking passes and permits intended for display shall be issued by the City upon payment of the prescribed fees. The number of monthly parking passes issued for any one parking lot shall not exceed the number of monthly parking spaces available. A waiting list shall be developed by the City after all available individual parking space passes and permits have been issued.
Monthly parking pass rates for parking spaces within the reserved lot(s) shall be as follows:
$15.00 per month per space.
Monthly parking passes will be valid for legal parking only in the reserved parking lots indicated in Section 351.034. Parking permit holders failing to pay the monthly fee for two consecutive months will forfeit the designated space and the next person on the waiting list will be awarded the space. (Ord. 124-00.
