HEIGHT REGULATIONS

10-12-1: DWELLINGS:
Single- and two-family dwellings shall not exceed two and one-half (21/2) stories or thirty five feet (35') in height. (Ord. 8/53, 1-18-1954)
10-12-2: INSTITUTIONS AND BUSINESS:
Multiple-family dwellings, apartments, hotels, public buildings, schools, churches, hospitals, industrial and commercial buildings shall not exceed six (6) stories or seventy five feet (75') in height. (Ord. 8/53, 1-18-1954)
10-12-3: MISCELLANEOUS STRUCTURES:
Chimneys, grain elevators, stacks, fire towers, silos, wireless towers, elevator bulkheads, scenery lofts, monuments, tanks and water towers may be erected to any lawful and safe height. (Ord. 8/53, 1-18-1954)
