No building, structure, concrete or masonry wall, no fence which cannot be viewed through, or other improvement shall be erected or structurally altered so that any part thereof is nearer than eighty five feet (85') to the centerline of a state highway route, or nearer than seventy five feet (75') to the centerline of any state aid route, or nearer than seventy five feet (75') to the centerline of the following named and described roads:
No building, structure, concrete or masonry wall, no fence which can not be viewed through, or other improvement shall be erected or structurally altered so that any part thereof is nearer than sixty feet (60') of the centerline of all other roads and streets or twenty five feet (25') from the right of way line whichever may be the greater. In areas where seventy five percent (75%) or more of the frontage of the block has existing buildings not in conformance with the above requirements, buildings may be constructed at the average setback of existing buildings. (Ord. 8/53, 1-18-1954; amd. Ord. 11-19-07-3, 12-17-2007)
