As the result of annexations, shifts in registered voters, and other factors necessitating the revision of precinct boundaries or the addition of a new precinct in order to comply with I.C. 3-11-1.5, the following precinct maps, boundary descriptions, and estimates of registered voters set forth on the attachments are hereby approved and accepted and said precincts are hereby ordered established as election precincts within the county as follows.
