(A) The Decatur 4A Precinct shall consist of all that territory lying within the corporate limits of the City of Decatur. Bounded on the south by Nuttman Avenue (U.S. Highway 224) between the westerly corporate limit and Thirteenth Street, by Thirteenth Street between Nuttman Avenue (U.S. Highway 224) and the northerly corporate limit.
(B) The Decatur 4A Precinct consists of the following census tracts and blocks:
Census tract 302, partial block 1005 lying within the corporate limits of the City of Decatur, as defined in the City of Decatur Ordinance 2005-1.
Total 2000 Census Population for Decatur 4A Precinct: 783
