§ 30.05 WEST ROOT.
   (A)   (1)   The West Root Precinct shall consist of all that territory lying within Root Township lying west of C.R. 000 and outside the corporate limits of the City of Decatur. Bounded on the north by C.R. 1200N, on the south by U.S. Highway 224, and on the west by C.R. 300W.
      (2)   Except therefrom the following description:
         Commencing at the northeast quarter corner, Sec 21, T 28 N , R 14 E, Adams County, Indiana; the point of beginning; thence, westerly along center line of County Road 900 North to a point on center line of the right of way of U.S. Highway 27 and 33; thence south easterly along said center line of U.S. Highway 27 and 33 to a point that intersects said center line and the east section line of Sec 28, T 28 N, R 14 E, Adams County, Indiana; thence north on said east line of Sec 28, to the north east corner, at a cornerstone of Sec 28, T 28 N, R 14 E; also, said cornerstone is the same for the southeast corner of Sec 21, T 28 N, R 14 E; Adams County, Indiana; Thence continuing north on the east line of Sec 21 to the point of beginning.
   (B)   The West Root Precinct consists of the following census tracts and blocks:
