§ 30.03 DECATUR 1A.
   (A)   The Decatur 1A Precinct shall consist of all that territory lying within the corporate limits of the City of Decatur, lying east of the St. Marys River and south of Monroe Street (C.R. 600N), and including an area bounded on the west by the St. Marys River, on the south and east by Monroe Street and U.S. Highway 224, and on the north by a line running from the intersection of U.S. Highway 224/Monroe Street (C.R. 600N) and the midpoint of the Jackson Street Bridge crossing the St. Marys River.
   (B)   The Decatur 1A Precinct consists to the following census tracts and blocks:
Census tract 303, partial block 1035 lying south and west of a southeasterly line beginning at the midpoint of the intersection of the St. Marys River and Jackson Street to the intersection of U.S. Highway 224 and Monroe Street (C.R. 600N).
Census tract 304, partial block 3007 lying within the corporate limits of the City of Decatur, as defined in the City of Decatur Ordinance 2004-5.
Total 2000 Census Population for Decatur 1A Precinct: 1,283
