(A) The Wabash Precinct shall consist of all that territory lying within Wabash Township and outside the corporate limits of the Town of Geneva and the City of Berne. Bounded on the north by S.R. 218, on the east by C.R. 300E and its projection south, on the south by C.R. 1200S, and the west by C.R. 300W.
(B) The Wabash Precinct consists of the following census tracts and blocks:
