(A) The Decatur 3A Precinct shall consist of all that territory lying within the corporate limits of the City of Decatur. Bounded by Nuttman Avenue between the westerly corporate limits and Eleventh Street; by Eleventh Street between Nuttman Avenue and Bollman Street; by Village Green Drive between Bollman Street and Winchester Street.
(B) The Decatur 3A Precinct consists of the following census tracts and blocks:
