GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 70.01 SHORT TITLE.
   This code may be known and cited as the Traffic Code of the Town of Zebulon.

§ 70.02 DEFINITIONS.
   Words and phrases used in this code have the meaning respectively ascribed to them by G.S. Ch. 20.

§ 70.03 APPLICABILITY.
   Every person propelling a push cart on a roadway, driving a draft animal, riding a horse, mule, pony or other mount, riding a bicycle, and operating any vehicle with or without a motor on the streets and roadways of the town shall be subject to the provisions of this code, except as to those provisions of this code which by their nature can have no application.

§ 70.04 HERDING AND DRIVING ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful to herd or drive any horse, cattle or other livestock upon the streets and roadways of the town unless each animal is safely secured with a halter or otherwise under the control and in charge of an attendant.
