(A) All town single-family/residential properties are required to use the collection service provided by the town, and use the mobile containers provided by the collection service to deposit all garbage and refuse.
(B) The garbage fee shall be collected in the manner and on the terms set forth in this code. Each customer for whom the town collects garbage shall pay to the town a collection fee as set by the Board of Commissioners.
