§ 39-04 Diversion Program Fee.
   The Municipal Court shall collect a case diversion fee of an amount not less than $50 to be established by the Municipal Court. The case diversion fee shall apply to court-authorized diversion programs in which a person charged with any criminal, civil or petty offense is not prosecuted on the charge based upon successful completion of an authorized diversion program, including authorized defensive driving courses. Payment of the fee shall be remitted to the Municipal Court through the established diversion program.

§ 39-05 Arrest Warrant Fee.
   The Municipal Court shall assess each person an arrest warrant fee in the amount of $50 upon issuing an arrest warrant for the person's failure to pay a fine, appear before the Municipal Court, or abide by an order of the Municipal Court. This fee shall be added to the sum or sums set forth in the arrest warrant.

§ 39-06 DUI Investigation Fee.
   The Municipal Court shall assess each person a DUI investigation fee in the amount of $50 for costs incurred by the Yuma Police Department in investigating the person as suspected of driving or in actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, any drug, vapor releasing substance, or any combination thereof as proscribed by law (the "DUI investigation") in each case in which there is an adjudication adverse to the person of a charge related to the results of the DUI investigation.

§ 39-07 Blood Analysis Fee.
   The Municipal Court shall assess each person a blood analysis fee in an amount up to $50 based upon the actual costs incurred by the Yuma Police Department in obtaining a blood analysis of the person in each case in which there is an adjudication adverse to the person of a charge related to the results of a blood analysis.

§ 39-08 [Repealed].
§ 39-09 Defense Appointment Fee.
   The Municipal Court shall assess each person a defense appointment fee in a reasonable amount, not less than $240, for each case in which the person not indigent or otherwise entitled to a waiver of fee in this Chapter receives the services of a court appointed defense attorney.

§ 39-10 Default Fee for Default Judgments on Civil Traffic Violation Cases.
   The Municipal Court shall assess each person a default fee in the amount not less than $25 for each default judgment entered in a civil traffic violation case based upon the person's failure to appear, unless such default judgment is set aside under Rule 28 of the Rules of Procedure in Civil Traffic Violation Cases.
