   747.99 PENALTY.
   (a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a second or subsequent offense.
   (b) Whoever violates any provision of Sections 747.07 to 747.12 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (c) Each day of operation without a license or of continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
