747.12 HOLDING PERIOD.

   Any and all articles described in Section 747.01 purchased or exchanged shall be retained by the purchaser thereof for at least thirty days before disposing of the same, and kept in an accessible place in the building where the articles are purchased or received and a tag attached to the articles in some visible and convenient place with the number written thereon corresponding to the entry number on the book required to be kept by Section 747.11.
