747.07 PLEDGES AND PAWNS.

No person, or his agent, employee or servant, engaged in such businesses as defined in Section 747.01 shall receive in the line of such business any article by way of pledge or pawn, nor shall they loan or advance any sum of money on the security of any article or thing.
