1349.01   Fees applicable.

1349.01 FEES APPLICABLE.

   With respect to the issuance of any permit required by the provisions of Titles One, Three, Five, Seven or Nine of this Building Code, the fees applicable to such permit shall be determined by the Division of Building Standards in accordance with the Schedule of Fees and Charges.

1349.02 RESIDENTIAL PERMITS.

   Fees for permits issued under the provisions of Chapters 1301, 1307, 1309, 1321, 1331 and 1335 shall be determined in accordance with the Schedule of Fees and Charges.

1349.03 COMMERCIAL PERMITS.

   Fees for permits issued under the provisions of Chapters 1303, 1307, 1309, 1321, 1331 and 1335 shall be determined in accordance with the Schedule of Fees and Charges.
