1301.02 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.

Administration and enforcement of this Part Thirteen - Building Code, except as may otherwise be provided, shall be the duty and responsibility of the Division of Building Standards hereinafter called the "Division", and the Manager of Building Standards hereinafter called the "Director". (Ord. 1968-44. Passed 10-7-68.)
