1301.01 TITLE.

   This chapter shall be known as the "Residential Building Code." It may be referred to or cited as the "Residential Building Code", and is referred to hereinafter as "this Code".

1301.02 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.

   Administration and enforcement of this Part Thirteen - Building Code, except as may otherwise be provided, shall be the duty and responsibility of the Division of Building Standards hereinafter called the "Division", and the Manager of Building Standards hereinafter called the "Director". 1301.03 APPLICABILITY.

   The provisions of this Code shall be applicable to dwelling houses containing one, two or three living units. (Ord. 1968-44. Passed 10-7-68.)
