The following sections of the international plumbing code, as set forth in section 150.095 of this chapter, are hereby revised as follows:
Section 101.1 Insert: city of Woodward.
Section 106.3 Delete: The application shall be signed by the owner or an authorized agent.
Insert: A plumbing permit application shall be signed by a licensed plumbing contractor only.
Section 106.6.2 See section 150.097 of the city code for fee schedule.
Section 106.6.3 Delete: All section 106.6.3.
Section 108.4 Insert: Misdemeanor, $100 and no imprisonment.
Section 108.5 Insert: $20 and $100 per offense per day.
Section 305.4 Delete: Water service pipe shall be installed not less than 12 inches (305 mm) deep or less than 6 inches (152 mm) below the frost line.
Insert: Water service pipe shall be installed below recorded frost penetration but not less than 2 feet 6 inches below grade.
Section 305.6.1 Insert: 12", 12".
