A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of code enforcement of the city, being marked and designated as international residential code for one- and two- family dwellings, 2018 edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., and as adopted by the Oklahoma uniform building code commission; for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said international residential code for one- and two-family dwellings are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in section 150.031 of this chapter.
