A. When records of the appropriate emergency service indicate three (3) false alarms from a single alarm user within one calendar year, city of Woodward personnel who are commissioned by the Woodward police chief as law enforcement officers, may cite said users as provided by provisions set forth in section 98.99 of this chapter.
