95.06: FISHING REGULATIONS FOR EXPERIMENT LAKE:
   A.   State Regulations Applicable: Except as modified herein, all state fishing regulations shall be in effect, including, but not limited to, license and permit requirements.
   B.   Rules: The following rules shall be in full force and effect:
      1.   Methods: Each person shall be limited to one pole or rod. All other fishing methods are prohibited.
      2.   Introduction Of Fish Prohibited: There shall be no introduction of fish to Experiment Lake by the public or any source other than those approved by the state department of wildlife conservation. (2001 Code § 95.06)
      3.   Minnows Or Live Bait Restricted: Artificial and live bait, inclusive of worms, minnows and crawfish are permitted. All bait shall be removed from the premises. (Ord. 1631, 5-16-2016)
      4.   Swimming: Swimming is prohibited.
      5.   Flotation Devices: The use of flotation devices is limited to float tubes, canoes, rowboats and other flotation devices powered by electric motor, oars, paddles or other human powered items. Internal combustion engines are prohibited.
      6.   Creel, Size Limits: Daily creel and size limits:
         a.   Largemouth bass daily limit: Catch and release only;
         b.   Channel catfish daily limit: Three (3) fish; no minimum length;
         c.   Other: No limits as to numbers or size.
      7.   Release: All fish will count as part of the daily limits unless returned to the water and released immediately.
      8.   Adjustments: The state department of wildlife conservation and/or the city may in its discretion adjust the daily creel and size limits from time to time. (2001 Code § 95.06)
      9.   Hours Permitted; Camping Prohibited: Fishing will be permitted only during the hours the park is open pursuant to section 95.07 of this chapter. Overnight camping is prohibited. (2001 Code § 95.06; amd. Ord. 1631, 5-16-2016)
   C.   Separate Offense: Each violation of the above provisions shall be deemed a separate offense. (2001 Code § 95.06)
