95.05: FISHING REGULATIONS FOR CRYSTAL BEACH LAKE:
   A.   State Regulations Applicable: Except as modified herein, all state fishing regulations shall be in effect, including, but not limited to, permit requirements.
   B.   Methods: Each person shall be limited to one pole or rod. All other fishing methods are prohibited.
   C.   Introduction Of Fish Prohibited: There shall be no introduction of fish to Crystal Beach Lake by the public or any source other than those approved by the state department of wildlife conservation. (2001 Code § 95.05)
   D.   Minnows Or Live Bait Restricted: Artificial and live bait, inclusive of worms, minnows and crawfish are permitted. All bait shall be removed from the premises. (Ord. 1631, 5-16-2016)
   E.   Swimming: Swimming is prohibited.
   F.   Flotation Devices Prohibited: Fishing shall be from the banks and fishing piers only. Waders, boats, tubes or other flotation devices are prohibited. (2001 Code § 95.05)
   G.   Trout Season; Limit:
      1.   During the period from October 1 to March 31 of each year, trout fishing shall be permitted pursuant to fishing regulations found in this section.
      2.   Trout daily limit is six (6). (Ord. 1571, 11-5-2012)
   H.   Release: All fish caught must be returned to the water immediately or they will count as part of the daily limits.
   I.   Adjustments By State: The state department of wildlife conservation may in its discretion adjust the daily creel and size limits from time to time. (2001 Code § 95.05)
   J.   Hours Permitted: Fishing will be permitted only during the hours the park is open pursuant to section 95.07 of this chapter. (Ord. 1631, 5-16-2016)
   K.   Separate Offense: Each violation of the above provisions shall be deemed a separate offense. (2001 Code § 95.05)
