92.68: HEARING AND APPEAL PROCEDURES:
   A.   Hearing: If a structure or building is to be removed, the notice specified in section 92.67 of this chapter shall give the property owner and mortgagee at least ten (10) days' notice of a hearing before the city commission. The notice shall state the date of the hearing and the lien procedures and other remedies set forth below.
   B.   Appeal: If the boarding and securing of a structure or building is sought, either as a sole remedy or in conjunction with the removal of the structure or building, the notice shall give the property owner ten (10) days to board and secure the property himself or to submit a written request for an appeal before the city commission. The appeal shall be filed with the city clerk within ten (10) days from the date of the notice. (2001 Code § 92.68)
