92.67: WRITTEN NOTICE REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   Notice Required: Upon the determination of the fire chief that a structure or building should be removed or boarded and secured, the fire chief shall cause written notice to be mailed to the owner of the property at the address shown by the current year's county tax rolls. Written notice shall also be mailed to any mortgage holder as shown by the records in the office of the Woodward County clerk, such notice shall be sent to the last known address of the mortgagee. For all such mailings, the fire chief shall obtain a receipt of mailing from the postal service showing the date of mailing and the name and address of the owner or mortgagee. Notice may be posted or published at least ten (10) days prior to the city action in the event the owner and/or a mortgage holder cannot be located.
   B.   Content Of Notice: Notice under this section to the property owner and mortgagee shall state that for all work done by the municipality, a notice of lien shall be filed with the county clerk for the costs due and owed the municipality, to be collected as are authorized by law or other civil remedy as provided by law.
