Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this title, or who shall fail to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided in section 35.20 of this code, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 10.99 of this code, plus court costs. Each day or any portion of a day during which any violation of this title or of any ordinance shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. (2001 Code § 70.999; amd. 2012 Code)
