35.20: JUDGMENT:
   A.   Rendered: If the defendant pleads guilty or no contest or is convicted after trial, the court must render judgment thereon, fix the penalty and impose sentence accordingly. The defendant may be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), plus court costs, community service, restitution, counseling or other community based services, mediation with the victim or victim's representative, or a combination thereof upon entry of the judgment. Such judgment shall be entered by the Judge on the court docket.
   B.   Juveniles: For offenses enumerated in 10A Oklahoma Statutes section 2-2-102 and in this Code, the Juvenile Division of the Municipal Court shall, upon conviction or judgment on a plea of guilty or no contest, enter judgment thereon and fix the penalty and impose the sentence accordingly. The defendant may be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), plus court costs or community service, which amount of service shall not exceed the lesser of forty (40) hours or the maximum fine when the hours of service is multiplied by the standard minimum wage, or restitution or a combination of restitution and community service.
