§ 150.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty has not been provided, shall be fined not more than $500 for each and every violation thereof. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 150.015 shall be fined as follows. Paragraph 121.3 of the Basic Building Code is amended to read:
“Any person who shall violate a provision of this Code or shall fail to comply with any of the requirement thereof or who shall erect, construct, alter or repair a building or structure in violation of an approved plan or direction of the building official, or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.”
   (C)   Whoever violates §§ 150.035 through 150.042 shall be fined as follows. Section PM-109.2 of the BOCA Basic Property Maintenance Code/1978 is amended to read:
“Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this code shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500, or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days, or both, at the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation continues, after due notice has been served in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof, shall be deemed a separate offense.”
   (D)   Whoever shall violate §§ 150.055 through 150.061 shall be fined as follows.
      (1)   Any person who shall engage in the business of plumbing as a journeyman plumber, plumbing contractor, or employing plumber in the city without having obtained a license from the state as provided in § 150.057 or any such person who shall not registered as provided in §§ 150.055 through 150.061, shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50 for each time that he or she shall so engage in the business of plumbing in violation of those sections.
      (2)   Any person who shall have not obtained the permit required by §§ 150.055 through 150.061 prior to the commencement of any plumbing work shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $200 for each offense.
      (3)   Any person who shall refuse or neglect to obey any order of the Plumbing Inspector to correct or remove a nuisance existing by reason of unsanitary plumbing or plumbing installed in violation of §§ 150.055 through 150.061 shall, upon conviction of such offense, be fined not less than $5 nor more than $200 for each offense. Each day that such nuisance shall continue to exist after the expiration of the time fixed by the Plumbing Inspector for the removal thereof shall constitute a separate offense.
      (4)   All police officers of the city shall report to the City Manager or to the Plumbing Inspector any violation of the provisions of §§ 150.055 through 150.061 and shall execute the orders of the City Manager or the Plumbing Inspector relative to the suspension of any work on any property.
   (E)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 150.125 through 150.128 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each and every day during or on which a violation occurs or is permitted to continue.
   (F)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates §§ 150.155 through 150.157 by failing to so number any house, building, or other structure occupied by him or her, or if after receiving notice to do so from the Director of Public Works shall continue in his or her failure to so number such house, building, or structure, shall be fined $1 for each day during or on which a failure to so number continues.
