§ 150.157 DISPLAY OF NUMBERS.
   It shall be the duty of the owners and occupants of every principal structure in the city to have placed thereon, in a position to be plainly legible and visible from the street or road fronting the property, figures at least four inches (102 mm) high with a minimum stroke width of 0.5 inch (12.7 mm) showing the address of the structure. Address numbers shall be Arabic numerals or alphabet letters and shall contrast with their background.
