(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) Any violator of §§ 71.01 or 71.02 shall be fined no less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense of prohibited vehicular parking, with each portion of a day’s continued parking constituting a separate offense.

(C) Any person found to be in violation of any provision of §§ 71.03 through 71.06, 71.15 or 71.16 shall be subject to a fine of up to $250, with each day’s continuance of the violative condition considered to be a separate offense.
