It shall be unlawful to park any truck larger in size than a 1 ton pickup truck on any street in a county residential area or subdivision for a period longer than 1 hour. Any such truck illegally parked may be removed and towed away at the direction of the Woodford County Sheriff and/or Versailles Police; provided, that this section shall not apply to trucks being in actual use for pickup, delivery, or while performing work at that location.
