(A) It shall be unlawful for any driver to drop or leave any type of trailer on any public street or right-of-way. This shall include boats and boat trailers, trailers used to haul equipment, and light utility trailers. This provision shall not apply to persons performing work at a specific location, who may drop or park the trailer on a public street only during the time they are performing work at the location where the trailer is parked or dropped.
(B) This provision shall also apply to major recreational equipment not addressed above, defined as including travel trailers, pick-up campers or coaches (designed to be mounted on automotive vehicles), motorized dwellings, buses, tent trailers, and the like, and cases or boxes used for transporting recreational equipment, whether housing such equipment or not.
