§ 151.184 COOKING EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   Cooking facilities where permitted in rooming house units shall include such equipment as required for kitchens in §§ 151.040 through 151.048 and §§ 151.120 through 151.124 of this chapter.
   (B)   Cooking equipment shall be so constructed and installed that it will function safely and effectively and shall be maintained in sound working condition.
   (C)   The use of portable cooking equipment employing flame and cooking equipment using gasoline or kerosene as fuel shall not be permitted in rooming units or rooming houses.
