§ 151.124 HOT WATER SYSTEM.
   (A)   Every dwelling unit shall have water-heating facilities capable of heating water to such a temperature at all times as to permit an adequate supply of water to be drawn at all required taps at a temperature of not less than 120° F. and all required kitchen sinks, lavatories, bathtubs and showers, and laundry tubs shall be connected to such water-heating facilities.
   (B)   Buildings and structures of more than a single dwelling unit may have a central water-heating system.
