§ 151.120 COMPLIANCE WITH PROVISIONS REQUIRED.
   (A)   Each dwelling unit shall contain plumbing, water, and sanitation equipment and facilities conforming to the provisions of this section and to provisions of the building and plumbing codes.
   (B)   All plumbing shall be properly installed and maintained in good sanitary working condition, free from defects, leaks, and obstructions.
