§ 38.03 SCHEDULE OF VIOLATIONS AND CIVIL PENALTIES.

   (A)   The following schedule of code provisions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ordinance Violations Bureau and the violations of these code sections shall be subject to the civil penalties set forth:

   (B)   The provisions of the code sections referred to herein are hereby amended to provide and declare the civil penalty scheduled with the said code provisions to be the specific civil penalty for the violation of said code provisions.
