(A) Regulated area. The area regulated by this parking schedule shall be as follows, unless otherwise posted.

(B) Two-hour parking. A vehicle shall not be parked in an individual parking space in the regulated area set forth in division (A) above for a period in excess of 120 consecutive minutes on the following designated days and hours:
Monday-Thursday and Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
(C) Fifteen-minute parking. The first individual parking space on the north side of West Franklin Street, west of the alley which intersects West Franklin Street between Meridian Street and South Street, and the east side of Plum Street between east North Street and the first driveway south on Plum Street, shall be designated as 15-minute parking on the following designated days and hours:
Monday-Thursday, and Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
(D) Five-minute parking. The first two individual parking spaces south of Franklin Street on the west side of Main Street shall be designated as five-minute parking on the following designated days and hours:
Monday-Thursday and Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
(E) No parking. Every day, Monday through Friday, during the time that Randolph Central School Corporation is in session, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., and from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., there shall be only school bus parking, and no other vehicle shall park on the south side of West South Street, between Clem Street and Jackson Street.
(F) Loading and unloading zones. The first individual angled parking space on the west side of Meridian Street south of Washington Street shall be designated as loading and unloading parking on the following designated days and hours:
Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
