Solid Waste Licensing Board

   EDITOR'S NOTE: The Solid Waste Licensing Board created in Chapter 739 licenses only persons, firms or corporations engaging in the collection and disposal of solid wastes. The operation of solid waste disposal sites and facilities is licensed by the Board of Health of the Lake County General Health District, pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 3734.
