(a) The City of Willoughby hereby approves the proposed fee schedule as legislatively approved by the Solid Waste Management Policy Committee for the Lake County Solid Waste District in the following amounts:
(1) One dollar ($1.00) per ton of solid waste disposed of at a solid waste disposal facility located in the District of solid wastes generated within the District;
(2) Two dollars ($2.00) per ton of solid waste disposed of at a solid waste disposal facility within the District of solid waste generated outside the boundaries of the District but inside the State of Ohio; and
(3) Three dollars ($3.00) per ton of solid waste disposed of at a solid waste disposal facility within the District of solid waste generated outside of the boundaries of the State of Ohio.
(b) Such fees are to be used for purposes determined by the Committee and as allowed by law. All restrictions contained in the Committee's March 30, 1990 resolution are also approved.
