§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person or persons who violate any of the provisions of §§ 92.01 through 92.06 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction of any such violation, shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $200; and each day during which any violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 92.20 through 92.25 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of no more than $500, and every day that the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (D)   A person adjudged guilty of an offense under § 92.37 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500. Each day a violation occurs is a separate offense.
