§ 92.20 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SOUND NUISANCE. Any sound which unreasonably annoys, disturbs, injures, or endangers the peace, comfort, repose, health, or safety of a reasonable person of ordinary tastes and sensitivities.
