The county may enter into an agreement independent of the requirements of §§ 41.030 through 41.035, 41.050, 41.065 through 41.071, 41.085 through 41.092, 41.105 and 41.106 with any other public procurement unit for the cooperative use of supplies or services under the terms agreed upon between the parties.
